Delivery and Refund Policy



If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are sorry to hear that. A full refund service is offered providing the goods are returned in its original unused condition within 14 working days. The item must be returned in original packaging with any disclosed documentation. Alternatively, we would be happy to exchange the item.

The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. Delivery charges are only refundable where items are faulty and a refund is made.

Please note we will refund an item if it is faulty, after a thorough check of the item has taken place. Please email us on arrange a refund and allow 14 working days for a refund to be processed from the confirmation of the product being faulty.

We recommend that you get a Certificate of Posting from the Post Office when you send items back to us. However, proof of sending is not proof of receipt by us.



The majority of the items on our website are held in stock and we aim to deliver your order to you as quickly as possible. Your order should arrive with you within five working days in the UK, but please do allow fourteen days maximum. Should any items not be available, you will be notified immediately.

Currently, we offer free delivery and can only deliver within the UK including Northern Ireland.
